mailboxes with no access to internet

Hi,

Does anyone knows if mailboxes in a domain can be restricted to send email to other domains.

Here is the scenario:

domain1.com (main domain)
user1@domain1.com - this user can send and receive email to all local and external users
user2@domain1.com - this user can send and receive email only to/from domain1.com
