Disabling firewall for a certain Network Adapter [Archive]

When disabling the firewall for a certain network adapter from within Plesk I get the following error.

winfwmng failed: Value does not fall within the expected range.

So looks like this error maybe is related to running windows 2008? Anyone that works in support want to chime in? Seems like you guys have selective thread answering.

Please ask support, it's a Plesk bug. Support knows how to fix it.

I'm hoping support would step in here with a solution, I can't just open a standard ticket with plesk because we rent our license from the datacenter our servers are located in. they are uesless when it comes to actually opening tickets with support.

Thank you for the report.

Yep, the issue is related to Windows 2008 x64.
You should dowload updated modules from ftp://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/Windows/8.4.0/135406/ and copy them to %plesk_bin%2008 or wait Plesk 8.4.1 where the issue is fixed.
