This was from the Whats new in 8.4Extended branding options - Plesk allows you to change browser window title though Plesk GUI.

You should insert parameter custom_title into table psa.misc

hilarious...through the plesk GUI? having moved over from windows Plesk to Linux these issues just make me laugh now...I'm bald through pulling my hair out from other non-GUI resolutions ;)

;-( you can change the browser title, but what about the login box there is still "Log in to Parallels Plesk Control Panel 8.6"

you can change that by going to;

{plesk path}/admin/plib/locales/en-US/messages_en-US.php
Look for the following line -
'login_up__login_label_plesk' => "Login to %1"

and change it to whatever you want, i use "Log in to Control Panel"
