View Full Version : Plesk Updater not working after 8.3 to 8.4 upgrade

After upgrading PLESK to version 8.4 under Plesk Control Panel Updater I can see only "No Available releases".

When I run autoinstaller script with "--select-release-id PLESK_8_4_0 --show-components" parameters I get:

ERROR: There is no release with ID PLESK_8_4_0 in
Not all packages were installed.
Please, resolve the above problem and try installing the packages again.
If you cannot resolve the problem on your own, contact product technical support for assistance.

Autoinstaller version: Plesk Autoinstaller 3.3.1 (build at 2008-04-07 16:36)

Is something wrong or should it be like that ?

Gentlemen,

We need to block access to 8.4 Autoinstaller for couple of days.
During this time, those who has managed to upgrade the product will not be able to get other updates.
Please check the official announcements on the Parallels site.
