Cannot access my Plesk console

Strange I cannot access my console.. maybe I have done something foolish with incidences on access control files....
It already happen before.. after re-install Plesk it was OK (without any problem on existing users files...)
I would like to avoid spending time on re-install.. where should I watch first ? which files...
(I can access via ssh...)

Could you specify the issue.

You can not open login page at all or you can not login with some account?

What is the error message?

I can access all my domains/subdomains via ssh

when I try to open my console at https://sd-xxxx.dedibox.fr:8443/ (xxx is my box number from my ISP) I get an error messages 'cannot connect to host'

if I try https://sd-33xxxx.dedibox.fr/ then I get a Plesk page :
Server Default page
If you see this page it means:
1. hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2. there's no such domain registered in Plesk

logged via ssh I performed a start/stop and the console is back .. (??)

console was done because Apache was stopped via console then restarted
