horde problems and sendmail since 8.2 install

There was an error sending your message: Failed to open sendmail [/var/qmail/bin/sendmail] for execution.

thats the message i get from horde every time I or a client tries to send a mail from webmail.

also php seems to be borked in some way since the upgrade, and no php script can send mail.

the logs doesnt show a thing, only this

downgrading to 8.1.1, cant keep this sendmail problem up. and my clients are starting to make a big ruckus out of it.

if anyone knows of a possible solution, will be more than welcome.

well oddly enough, decided not to go with the whole plesk downgrade, but instead, remove horde, and install 8.1.1's one, and that did it, also, just to make sure things were correct, reinstalled courier-imap imap qmail from 8.2.0, now php is sending email, and horde is working as it should.
