Awstats

I had hopes that after the update to versio 8.2.0 AWSTATS finaly was functioning, but sorry. Only got the Placeholder messages, and after waing several days, noting changes.

Does anyone know an answer???

what is your os ?

try to run
/opt/psa/admin/sbin/statistics

is there any error ?

I'm using SuseLinux 10.0

And in de OPT directory there is NO psa directory.

look in to your cron.daily there should be something like 50plesk-daily this file is calling the statistics script, take the path and start it then look to failures

start the statistics and these errors occured :

Seems to me awstats isn't where it suppose to be.....

how can i correct this??

i finaly figured it out.
In the srv/www/cgi-bin/ ther should be an awstats dir with is there, but also the parts that should be in the awstats dir are in the CGI-BIN dir.

So i moved everything to the awstats dir and everything works fine now.
