My datacentre has had to install a fresh OS. i have all the data in a slave hard drive. Whats the best way of restoring all plesk accounts/sites/email etc without having to manually add them all?

i think best way is to restore plesk database and the needed folders like
/var/qmail/*
/var/lib/mysql/*
/var/www/vhosts/*

but i´m not sure how to do this...hope anybody has a good howto for this issue;)
