According several sources MySQL can stop releasing MySQL server under GPL, and they are going to spilt the versions into Community and Enterprise.

Should we Plesk users be concerned with this ?

Whats Sw-soft position to open-source/comercial software that "make part" of Plesk ?

No, there's nothing to worry about :)

They just have splitted up MySQL in two editions like you said: community (the normal MySQL like you know him for a long time) and a new (commercial) enterprise edition. The software is the same, the only difference is the fact that you get official MySQL support with the enterprise edition.
Just have a look at the list of differences at this download page (http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/) ;)

MySQL is a company that develops MySQL together with the opensource community, they have to get money from something.
