Subdomain problem x.name.com works and www.x.name.com doesnt

My subdomain x.name.com works fine but when i write www.x.name.com it doesnt work. What i did wrong this time ?

does www.name.com work? did you tick the www option when adding a new domain?

Yes www.name.com works but all of subdomains like www.x.name.com doesn’t. I don t remember any tick www maybe I missed it how can I repair it.
I tried to set cname like www.x.name.com cname x.name.com and it still doesn’t work ;(

when you actually created name.com, did you tick the www option next to it?

if not then go to domains --> name.com and preferences. then tick the www

this fixed the same error on my server.

Hmm but under "go to domains --> name.com" i dont have preferences button only setup. When i go to clients and name.com there is preferences but there are not tick with www.

Ok i found it under"Domain Administrator
Register"
but it is ticked :(

hmm, yes upon checking it is domains --> name.com --> domain administrator --> www (tick)

i had this issue, and ticking this najes it work normally for me, im stumped now im afraid.
