Hi all,
I came across this project which looks interesting - http://www.solid-state.org/
Unfortunately, I have no programming knowledge so can't contribute that way myself. Just thought I'd bring it to your attention, maybe (if you have the skills) there are a few people here that could help develop it and add Plesk (Expand) integration ;)
