Hello,

In Plesk admin guide, there is the following note:

Note: for the purpose of hosting your own sites, you should use a special service account which
is created during Plesk setup. The account is registered with the control panel under the name
My Domains.

I have no service account "My Domains". Where is it and how can I use it? There is no other reference to this "My Domains" acount in the entire plesk documentation.

Thanks in advance.

On the first login as admin, along with accepting the license and entering admin information, was a question asking if a default client account should be created using the same info as the admin account. Answering yes creates the mydomains user.

If you didn't do that, then just go ahead and create a client account for yourself. It doesn't have to be named mydomains. There's nothing special about the name.
