Good Affiliate script for use with Plesk?

Hello,

I'd like to start offering an affiliate area to my web hosting company.

Something easy in which the person signs up to be an affiliate, they paste a link, or a banner and a perspective customer clicks on it, comes to my company, buys webhosting and the person gets paid for it.

I have seen many scripts like this, but alot of them are seriously lacking in some areas. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What would be good for an affiliate, straight sales, recurring or just clicks ?

I was thinkin a ne time payment of $100 if they got a person to signup for a year and paid AFTER the person had been with us for 3 months (That way we kill off scammers)...

You might say I'd lose money but I provide free webhosting to people with a banner at the top that local companies advertise on. It would fill in the missing money.
