I located osCommerce in
/usr/local/psa/var/cgitory/osCommerce-2.2ms2-2/
However I can't seem to install that from any of my client sites.

My assumption is that osCommerce will show up under 'Application Vault'. Right now that is disabled because of our current license key. Do I need to purchase the right to use 'Application Vault' before I can have my clients use osCommerce, or any other 3rd party app?

If you want to offer them from the Application Vault: yes.

You say that like there is another option. Is there? I would like for the client to be able to install it as easily as clicking a button. If the only way of doing it that way is the Application Vault then so be it.

I did read some of the other posts regarding awstats, which I also want. The one user created a script that would add awstats by the click of a custom button. I would do that if it's the only option, but I prefer a solution that is solid enough for Plesk to distribute. Is the osCommerce solution from Plesk as simple as clicking a button to install?

You can manually install it for the client but it will not be automagically as you want.
